01Delete your account and data

To permanently delete your ZiaPilot account and all associated data, sign in and go to Business Setup, or email us at the address below and we will remove your account, workspace content, conversations, and customer records.

Send account deletion requests to [email protected] from the email on your account. We complete verified deletions within 30 days.

02Disconnect Facebook and Instagram

If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account, you can revoke that connection at any time. This removes the access tokens we store for publishing on your behalf.

• In ZiaPilot: open AI Marketing Manager, go to the Connections tab, and click Disconnect on the Instagram/Facebook card.
• On Facebook: open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, find ZiaPilot, and click Remove.

Once disconnected, the stored Page and Instagram tokens are deleted and ZiaPilot can no longer access or publish to those accounts.

03What we delete

Account deletion removes your profile, business settings, menus, saved campaigns, connected-platform tokens, captured leads, and conversation history, except where we are legally required to retain limited records (for example, billing history for tax purposes).
