01Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members' use of the service.

02Acceptable use

Use ZiaPilot AI lawfully and only for your own business. Do not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it to send spam or unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.

• No illegal, fraudulent, or misleading messaging.
• No sending to people who have not consented to be contacted.
• No attempts to bypass rate limits, security, or tenant isolation.

03Trials & billing

Paid plans begin after any free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime from Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.

04Messaging & third-party platforms

Features that rely on WhatsApp, Google, Stripe, or SMS carriers are also subject to those providers' terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with applicable messaging and review-platform rules in your jurisdiction.

05Your content

You retain ownership of your menus, settings, and customer data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the content you upload and the messages you send.

06Availability & changes

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be communicated, and continued use means acceptance.

07Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZiaPilot AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
